About Me
Elle Caldwell studied massage at the Pacific Center for Awareness and Bodywork in Kilauea, Kauai, HI. She completed the 700-credit-hour program in June of 2009. Her training emphasized deep tissue massage (also known as connective tissue bodywork), as well as Swedish massage, trigger point therapy, and the 10-session series of structural integration. Elle studied the Upledger method of craniosacral therapy at the Integrative Bodywork Institute in Seattle, Washington. She has been practicing craniosacral therapy over ten years, obtaining her certification from the Institute in 2005. Elle enjoys offering these effective therapies to island residents and visitors.
