 
 Tracey is a firm
believer in the body's innate intelligence and the interconnectedness
of the body, mind & spirit. She knows from personal experience
that given the opportunity and right circumstances the body can
and will heal itself.
Your massage therapy
session begins with a few questions to discover exactly what
your needs and concerns are, then Tracey will customize your
massage specifically addressing your needs, with either a 60
or 90 minute session. She uses Biotone hypoallergenic massage
lotion and 100% cotton sheets to ensure your comfort.
Tracey received
training in a variety of holistic healing modalities at Heartwood
Institute in Northern California, including Polarity, Hendricks
Breathwork, Authentic Movement, Dreambody Work & Alchemical
Hypnotherapy (these last two modalities are based on Jungian
psychology).
She furthered
her training at the Kauai Academy of Healing Arts learning Swedish,
Lomi-Lomi & Shiatsu therapies. Through experience, workshops
and intensives she has added reflexology, deep tissue massage,
sports massage, aromatherapy, Ayurvedic bodywork, bio-magnetics
and gemstone therapy. Tracey is a Second Degree Reiki healer
in the Usui tradition of Natural Healing.
Her professional
experience includes working in clinical settings with chiropractors,
physical therapists and athletes, providing therapeutic and pain
relieving massages. She has also worked in hotel spas providing
relaxation and pampering massages.

and other healing therapies, Tracey is a gifted intuitive who
allows spiritual guidance to come through, actively creating
an integrative treatment that is both nurturing and revitalizing.
