Polarity
Therapy is the science of balancing opposite energies within
the body to promote mental, physical and emotional health. It
is a way of working with fundamental energies to bring them to
a state of balance, removing obstructions to their free flow
throughout the human energy field. The therapist works on specific
body points using one or more of three levels of touch: neutral/satvic
(very light), positive/rajasic (stimulating) and negative/tamasic
(deep) to remove blockages, improve vitality and restore balance
to the body.
Deep Tissue

massage releases the chronic patterns of tension in the body
through slow strokes and deep finger pressure on the contracted
areas, either following or going across the grain of muscles,
tendons & fascia.

is the manipulation of the body's soft tissues (muscles, ligaments
and tendons) with specific techniques (long strokes, kneading
and friction) to promote or restore health through releasing
tension held in the body. Swedish massage is the popular choice

Sports Massage: Massage therapy
focusing on muscle systems relevant to a particular sport and

Japanese word for "universal life force energy." Reiki
healing is an ancient approach to energetic wellbeing, treating
the body as an energy landscape. Reiki energy treatments are
an excellent choice for fatigue, stress, emotional disturbances

Reflexology: The art of foot
reflex massage is a specific pressure technique which works on
precise reflex points on the feet, based on the premise that
reflex areas on the feet correspond with all body parts. Pressure
is applied to the reflex areas using thumb and finger techniques.
The pressure on these reflex points is used to relieve stress
and tension, to improve blood supply, to promote the unblocking
of nerve impulses, and to help restore homeostasis or balance
in the body.
